All goods are sent as parcel post with GLS or Coolrunner, where the package is sent with a Track and Trace number, which makes it possible for both you and us to track the package. In this way, we can monitor the delivery should unexpected problems arise. The goods are insured during shipment and you are asked to check the contents of the package upon receipt.

Returns & Claims
There is a 30-day right of return and cancellation from the day you receive your goods. If you regret your purchase, you can contact our customer service! Goods can only be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when received.
